The fan features a lightweight, glass fiber reinforced nylon fan blades and a belt-drive system with a spring-loaded tensioning device for improved belt efficiency.
1. One-Piece Molded FRP Housing: The housing features smooth, flat interior and exterior surfaces with a streamlined design for low airflow resistance, high energy efficiency, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and inhibited bacterial growth.
2. High-Performance Fan Blades Options:
A:Split-Type Glass Fiber Reinforced Blades(Nylon): Lightweight construction enables smoother fan operation with minimal vibration, low noise, high energy efficiency ratio (EER); Rust-proof.
B: One-Piece Cast Aluminum Blades: Durable, resistant to deformation and cracking. Each impeller undergoes dynamic balancing testing to ensure smooth, low-vibration, and quiet operation. No deformation even under high negative pressure.
3. Special Large Pulley Design: Simple structure with maintenance-free bearings.
4. Spring-Loaded Tensioning Device: Maintains optimal belt tension to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Cast Iron Pulley: High strength, wear-resistant, and long-lasting.
6. Imported V-Belts (Continental-Germany/Mitsuboshi-Japan): Minimal deformation and extended service life.
7. Motor Options: Include BESS custom motors and Regal motors, etc.
8. Discharge Cone Options: Available in rotationally molded PE or FRP.
