High-airflow, energy-efficient exhaust fan featuring a corrosion-resistant FRP housing, direct-drive motor, and durable butterfly damper for poultry house ventilation.

One-Piece Molded FRP Housing: The housing features smooth, flat interior and exterior surfaces with a streamlined aerodynamic design that reduces air resistance, enhances energy efficiency, and resists corrosion. Its easy-to-clean surface inhibits bacterial growth.
Split-Molded FRP Bell-Mouth Discharge Cone: This corrosion-resistant diffuser (air collection cone) is engineered to increase effective airflow while reducing energy consumption.
High-Strength PAG Fan Blades: Made from high-strength Polyamide (PAG) material, the fan blades are durable, resistant to deformation and cracking, ensures stable fan operation, and can withstand high negative pressure.
Aluminum Alloy & Stainless Steel Structure: The frame is constructed from corrosion-resistant, aesthetically pleasing aluminum profiles. All mounting hardware and standard parts are made from Grade 304 stainless steel for exceptional corrosion resistance.
High-Efficiency Direct Drive: The direct-drive system offers high transmission efficiency, smooth and stable operation, simple maintenance, high energy savings, and a long service life.
Tilted Butterfly Damper: The damper is made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant material that resists deformation. It provides excellent sealing, requires no return spring, and has a low failure rate.
Motor Options (AC or EC):
AC Motor: Class F insulation, IP66 protection rating, IE3 energy efficiency class；
EC Motor: Class F insulation, IP66 protection rating, IE5 energy efficiency class.
