24"-36" FRP Chimney Intake Fan
Designed for controlled fresh air distribution in wide livestock buildings, this roof-mounted intake fan delivers fresh, mixed, or recirculated air directly into the house. It ensures uniform airflow, reduced condensation, and efficient minimum ventilation.
24", 32", 36" Fans, Rated Power 0.55kW/0.75kW, 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase
(Custom configurations available)
Function:
It is used when fresh air cannot enter or does not pass through sidewall ventilation windows in livestock and poultry houses; or when the building is very wide and low, preventing large scale circulating airflow from being achieved via sidewall air inlets.
Component Features:
Extension Duct, Exhaust Duct, and Rain Hood Material:
XPS (with very low thermal conductivity ≤0.030 W/m·K) core and 0.8 mm fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) inner and outer walls.
Provide thermal insulation performance, which effectively prevents condensation formation. The extension duct, exhaust duct, and rain hood can be nested for shipment, significantly saving transportation costs.Length can be customized according to the height of the livestock/poultry house.Designed with a splicetype structure for simple installation.
A fan (EC motor) is configured at the bottom of the roof inlet fan. Fresh air is introduced into the house through a fresh air distributor. The butterfly damper on the fan is used to regulate the airflow rate. Depending on ventilation requirements, the system can supply fresh air, mixed air, or recirculated air to the livestock/poultry house, with a maximum air delivery distance of 22 meters.

This FRP chimney air intake fan is widely used in poultry and swine houses as part of roof-mounted fresh air supply systems. It is designed for wide livestock buildings where sidewall ventilation is insufficient or uneven. The system delivers fresh, mixed, or recirculated air into the house to ensure uniform airflow distribution, improve indoor air quality, reduce condensation, and support efficient and controlled ventilation management.
-
Q1: What is the main function of a chimney air intake fan?
A: It is designed to introduce fresh air into livestock houses through the roof, especially when sidewall ventilation is insufficient or uneven in wide buildings.
-
Q2: How does this intake fan improve air distribution?
A: It delivers fresh, mixed, or recirculated air through a controlled system, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and reducing dead zones inside the building.
-
Q3: What is the advantage of the insulated FRP duct system?
A: The insulated FRP and XPS structure helps prevent heat loss and condensation, improving energy efficiency and maintaining stable indoor environmental conditions.
-
Q4: What role does the EC motor and butterfly damper play?
A: The EC motor provides efficient and adjustable airflow control, while the butterfly damper regulates air volume and direction for precise ventilation management.
