Function:

To exhaust stale air accumulated in the upper section of livestock and poultry houses. It provides a comfortable indoor environment while saving energy, effectively helps prevent cross-contamination among animals, and reduces the incidence of disease. It performs particularly well during minimum ventilation in winter. Installed on the roof, it only requires a square opening, making construction and sealing much simpler compared to a round opening.

Component Features:

Extension Duct, Exhaust Duct, and Rain Cap Material: XPS (with a low thermal conductivity of ≤0.032 W/m·K and a density of 28 kg/m³) core and 0.8mm FRP inner and outer walls.

Provide thermal insulation, effectively prevents condensation. These components can be nested for shipping, significantly saving transportation costs. Length can be customized according to barn height. Modular design allows for simple installation.

EC Motor:

Specifications: Class F insulation, IP66 protection rating, IE4 or higher energy efficiency class.

Control & Intelligence: Offers simple and superior speed regulation. High level of intelligence includes built-in protection against under-voltage, overload, over-current, locked rotor, overheating, and phase loss. Features an integrated controller with communication support.

Performance: Soft-start with no inrush current ensures a smooth current rise during both startup and speed adjustment, preventing grid impact and resulting in lower operational noise.

Butterfly Damper:

Blade Material: Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
